Born and raised in the southern Italian province of Reggie Calabria, Maria grew up immersed in a culture steeped in history and longstanding traditions. All olive oils produced by the grove are categorized as surplus virgin oils (produced from a single pressing only), extracted using only cold press techniques.Other products include Marinated Table Olives, Olive Tapinade and Date Chutney. A range of moo branded ceramic tableware is also available and a limited selection of other regionally grown foodstuffs are also stocked. All moo products are sold in the local region at a number of Farmer’s Markets and through various stockists around Victoria. The grove also opens its doors upon request for large groups (bookings essential).
